Job Summary
Plan, manage, and monitor AI and digital transformation projects end-to-end using Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid methodologies. Drive scope, requirements, risks, and budget performance while coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring transparent reporting. Build long-term customer relationships, facilitate estimation and resource forecasting, and proactively mitigate delivery risks. Support pre-sales activities, proposal preparation, and discovery phases to identify new business opportunities and expand existing engagements. Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and promote AI-driven automation practices.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management within IT services, software development, or technology consulting
- Proven experience managing software development projects throughout the full project lifecycle
- Experience working directly with international customers and stakeholders
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery methodologies
- Experience managing project scope, budget, timeline, risks, and resource allocation
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including engineers, architects, QA specialists, and business stakeholders
- Understanding of software development processes and cloud-based solutions
- Understanding of AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Data & Analytics, or Intelligent Automation solutions
- Experience participating in pre-sales activities, estimations, discovery phases, or proposal preparation
- Ability to identify customer business needs and transform them into delivery opportunities
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of profitability, utilization, margin, and customer value creation
- Upper-Intermediate English level or higher

- Experience working in outsourcing or consulting companies
- Experience participating in RFPs, proposal preparation, and customer presentations
- Understanding of Azure AI, OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, AWS AI, or similar AI platforms
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications
- Experience growing customer accounts through upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Experience managing multiple projects and customer accounts simultaneously
