Job Summary
Project Manager in AGI Packaged Pump Systems focused on planning, coordinating, budgeting, and executing projects to convert customer orders into finished products. Responsible for coordinating kickoff meetings with clients to review specs/drawings, outlining QA/QC procedures, and reviewing schedules; initiating documentation, initiating POs for components, coordinating with vendors and subcontractors, tracking fabrication and production schedules, approving data books and project billing, and ensuring proper shipping documentation. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of related experience, 2-4 years PM experience, strong communication and writing skills, ability to read drawings, proficient with MS Office, and solid organizational and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with estimating, BOM comparison, vendor coordination, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or 4 years related experience)
- 2-4 years related project management experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
- Reading and understanding drawings
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
