Job Summary
Manage projects and establish objectives for environmental remediation, Brownfields, and environmental justice initiatives while overseeing site investigation techniques and technical quality control. Provide guidance to staff, subcontractors, and vendors; mentor team members; and predict resource needs to deliver projects within budget and schedule. Identify and mitigate risks, define scope, and provide consistent updates to stakeholders on strategy and progress. Engage clients regarding service capabilities and manage complex projects to maintain planned profit margins.
Required Qualifications
- BS in engineering, geology, environmental science, or a related field
- Four + years of experience in site investigation, remediation, project management and business development experience
- demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- US Citizen or US Permanent Resident
- Successful candidate will be required to pass a background check
- Valid driver's license

- based out of Colorado Springs, Ft. Collins or Glenwood Springs, CO
- in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location
Desired Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in site investigation, remediation, project management, and business development experience
- Licensed (Professional Engineer or Geologist)
- Experience working with Local and State of Colorado,regulatory agencies
- 40-hour HAZWOPER certified (current)
- PMP certification
- Experience with regulator and stakeholder negotiations
