Job Summary
Develop project plans, manage budgets, and coordinate with stakeholders to execute HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects across Long Island, Westchester County, and the five boroughs. Resolve project issues, track deliverables, and ensure completion on time and within budget while managing resources for multimillion-dollar initiatives. Travel is required with an allowance provided. Candidates must have 3-5 years of project management experience, OSHA 30 certification, and NYC SST 62.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in project management
- Commercial HVAC and Mechanical experience REQUIRED
- Proficiency in HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Experience with multimillion-dollar projects
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly motivated
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
- Must have OSHA 30 (minimum)
- Must have NYC SST 62 (or the ability to obtain certification prior to start date)
- Travel is required
- Projects are throughout the 5 boroughs: Long Island and/or Westchester County
