Project Manager - Advisory - Miami, FL

Lead and oversee project management and advisory activities as Owner’s Representative on complex construction projects. Responsible for facilitating project execution across scheduling, budgeting, procurement coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communications; develop and monitor project schedules (Primavera P6), analyze costs and changes, manage dispute resolution support, prepare reports and expert analyses for mediation/arbitration, mentor project teams, and ensure adherence to DeSimone standards of technical quality, professionalism, and client service. Travel as necessary to support project assignments, client meetings, and industry events. Maintain relationships with owners, developers, attorneys, contractors, architects, and other industry professionals; support business development and OKR-driven growth within the Advisory practice.
