Job Summary
Project Manager - Advisory in Miami, FL leads business development, practice leadership, owner’s representation, and project controls across construction/advisory engagements. Responsibilities include managing client engagements, staffing, scheduling, risk analysis, dispute resolution, and ensuring technical quality and client service. Develop and maintain relationships with owners, developers, attorneys, contractors, architects, and industry professionals; mentor assigned team members; monitor utilization and project profitability; assist in proposals, presentations, and client communications; lead internal project teams to achieve objectives and OKRs; coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver integrated advisory solutions; travel as necessary to support projects and business development. Requires a BS in Engineering or Construction Management or related field and 1-3 years’ PM/CM experience. Preferred qualifications include an MS in Engineering or Construction Management. Proficiency with Primavera P6 and CPM techniques, and experience in scheduling analyses, cost controls, and dispute resolution is expected.
