Job Summary
Lead and manage complex commercial real estate projects (fit-outs, relocations) for tenant clients; oversee planning, budgets, schedules, procurement, and stakeholder coordination; develop strategic project plans and ensure governance and quality across projects; require 4+ years PM experience, preferably in occupier/retail and construction consultancy; bilingual Norwegian/English; Oslo-based with hybrid work option.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of project management experience
- experience within occupier and retail projects
- strong skills in strategic advisory, scheduling, and process management
- solid understanding of the full project lifecycle from advisory to completion
- proven experience managing or supporting fit-out, relocation, or commercial real estate projects is an advantage
- professionally qualified in construction, project management, engineering, or architecture is considered a plus
- fluency in Norwegian and English
