Job Summary
Project Manager - Advanced Operations in Cork, Ireland, leads multiple NPI programs from scope through closure, acts as primary conduit between GQO and Advanced Operations, drives governance and stakeholder engagement, ensures manufacturing readiness and risk management, manages budgets, and collaborates across Quality, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Commercial to deliver timely, within-cost product and process launches. Requires cross-functional leadership, data-driven decision making, and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Role offers hybrid/onsite arrangements with travel as needed and a focus on regulatory/quality systems and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science required
- 4+ years of experience in project management, engineering, or a technical role in a regulated industry
- Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) required
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and quality systems
- Experience in FDA or regulated environment preferred
- Project Management certification preferred
