Job Summary
Lead full-time, on-site management for the Fort Drum ePRISMS and Real Property Data Accountability program, coordinating contract activities for facility surveys, GIS data maintenance, and GFEBS support. Plan, assign, and monitor work across technical teams while developing schedules, staffing plans, and production targets to meet deliverables. Serve as the primary management point of contact for Government stakeholders, resolving data discrepancies and validating findings against Army real property and cybersecurity requirements. Monitor project performance, identify risks, and ensure personnel maintain required qualifications, training, and access privileges.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary technical projects or programs with responsibility for personnel, schedules, deliverables, quality, and customer coordination
- Valid state driver's license
- Ability to obtain and maintain required installation access, Common Access Card (CAC) eligibility, and a favorable background investigation/clearance determination required for the position
- Ability to work full-time on site at Fort Drum and support required Government operating hours
- US Citizenship
- Ability to secure a security clearance
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting Federal Government or Department of Defense contracts
- Working knowledge of Army real property, facility management, IGI&S/GIS, ePRISMS, GFEBS, CADD, or related installation data environments
