Job Summary
Manage assigned R&D projects via optimal planning, monitoring, and cross-functional team coordination to deliver results. Lead internal and external meetings, develop project timelines, and execute plans on time while managing customer expectations and critical development schedules. Track revenue targets, identify risks with mitigation plans, and complete change orders for out-of-scope activities. Prepare bi-weekly status reports for upper management and support process initiatives to improve pharmaceutical development productivity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field, from a four-year accredited university or college
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in Project Management
- Excellent interpersonal written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint)
- Understands FDA Guidelines and Regulations and GXP's
Desired Qualifications
- CDMO experience
- A certification in Project Management
