Project Manager

Project Manager for the Data Center and Energy Division’s Energy Team, leading cross-functional project development efforts across Energy Conversion, Energy Management, Energy Storage, and Data Center markets. Responsibilities include defining project scope with Marketing, Engineering, and Manufacturing; building execution plans with schedules, staffing, riskanalysis, and budgets; overseeing project bounding box, cost, and delivery; coordinating day-to-day activities and communications; ensuring compliance with internal/customer/industry standards; driving continuous improvement and post-release lessons learned; coordinating multiple disciplines (Electrical, Software, Mechanical, Product Evaluation, Test Engineering, Marketing, etc.); managing changes, milestones (POC, samples, release), and stakeholder updates; travel to customer sites as required. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, 8+ years of industry experience with 5+ years in a Project/Program Manager role, strong leadership and communication skills, and willingness to travel (~10%). The position is Hybrid onsite in Wilmington, MA, USA.
