Job Summary
Lead and mentor Project Managers and Engineers in executing multiple construction projects simultaneously while ensuring adherence to company procedures and effective communication with leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years experience as a project manager directly with a civil subcontractor
- Direct experience with earthwork and underground utilities
- Exposure to both public and private works' projects
- Experience in approving change orders, cost tracking, scheduling, and all primary PM responsibilities
- Proven experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of preconstruction, estimating, and project execution processes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and mentorship skills
- Ability to analyze budgets, manage changes, and ensure financial accountability
- Familiarity with public and private sector construction projects
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with construction management
- Knowledge in utilities, cost tracking, budgeting, and heavy civil projects
- Estimation and project management experience in private construction
