Job Summary
Own end-to-end execution of mission-critical construction projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and execution from engineering handoff through closeout; coordinate with Engineering, Solutions, Sales, Pre-Construction, Finance, and Field Operations to ensure contract-aligned delivery; lead and coordinate internal trade teams, subcontractors, vendors, and external partners; maintain project documentation (contracts, permits, change orders, closeout deliverables); manage budgets, forecasts, cost controls, revenue tracking, and labor planning; build and maintain project schedules with milestones; track performance and escalate risks, delays, or cost impacts; serve as primary client/stakeholder contact with clear communication; enforce safety and regulatory standards with the Safety team; travel to job sites up to 50%.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in construction, project management, or a general contractor environment
- Strong working knowledge of project management tools and systems such as Procore, ACC, Epicor, Microsoft Project, or similar
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and scopes of work
- Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, change orders, and project forecasts
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
