Job Summary
Project Manager for data center construction projects in Dallas. You will manage projects from pre-contract through closeout, developing scope, schedules, budgets, and resource plans; coordinating across Solution, Engineering, Sales, Pre-Construction, and Finance; supervising internal trade teams, subcontractors, vendors, and external services; maintaining contracts, permits, and change orders; forecasting revenues and costs; creating and updating schedules; ensuring regulatory and safety standards are met; and serving as the primary liaison between clients, architects, engineers, and contractors while maintaining clear client expectations. Travel to job sites up to 50% and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to contract requirements. Requires at least 10 years in construction, proficiency with Procore and other PM software, strong budgeting and scheduling capabilities, ability to read blueprints, and excellent communication and leadership skills. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Construction
- Experience with General Contractor and/or Construction Management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with project management software such as Procore, ACC, Epicor
- Ability to create and own project schedules (MS Projects or similar)
- Understanding of budget vs progress for data center white space construction
- Proficient in reading blueprints and construction plans
- Proven success working with all levels of management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to track and manage change orders and warranty requests
- Travel up to 50% (variable frequency)
