Job Summary
Project Manager for end-to-end execution of mission-critical construction projects. Own scope, schedule, budget, and execution from engineering handoff through closeout; develop comprehensive project plans covering timelines, resources, costs, and risk mitigation; coordinate with Engineering, Solutions, Sales, Pre-Construction, Finance, and Field Operations to ensure contract-aligned delivery; lead internal trade teams, subcontractors, vendors, and external partners; maintain contracts, permits, change orders, and closeout deliverables; manage budgets, forecasts, and labor planning; build schedules with milestones; track performance and escalate risks; serve as primary point of contact for clients and external stakeholders; enforce safety and regulatory standards with the Safety team; travel to job sites up to 50%.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in construction, project management, or a general contractor environment
- Strong working knowledge of project management tools and systems (e.g., Procore, ACC, Epicor, Microsoft Project)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and scopes of work
- Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, change orders, and project forecasts
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
