Job Summary
Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of complex IT and organizational projects, ensuring alignment with priorities, scope, budget, and timelines. Partners with executive leadership on strategic initiatives (e.g., mergers, acquisitions, EHR integrations), develops and maintains detailed project plans, and leads change management, governance, and stakeholder communications. Requires Bachelor's degree or higher (or equivalent experience) and experience with IT/organizational project management, Gantt charts, and tools like MS Project or Smartsheet; PMP is preferred. Responsibilities include cross-functional collaboration, risk/issue management, and driving process improvements in IT PMO contexts. Travel may be required for project sites or stakeholder locations. Competencies include strong problem-solving, communications, budgeting, organization, and leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher required, or equivalent experience.
- Experience managing complex projects and programs, including Gantt chart creation.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet).
- PMP certification preferred.
- Experience with new application implementation (e.g., ERP, EHR, TMS).
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems integration.
- Experience establishing and executing IT PMO processes.
