Job Summary
Lead the execution of large-size projects in ABB’s Electrification Business in Apodaca, Nuevo León (on-site). You will lead the project team, establish the execution approach, and oversee planning, monitoring and control of internal and external resources to achieve project goals, monitor progress and financials, manage risk, pursue opportunities, and drive formal acceptance, contract close-out, and customer acknowledgment in accordance with the contract. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, mechatronic, industrial or related engineering, 8+ years of project management and client-facing experience, PMI/PMBOK knowledge, proficiency with SAP, Excel, and automation tools (PowerBi desirable), strong customer-facing skills, and advanced English; willingness to work on-site as part of the Electrification team and contribute to building a cleaner, smarter future. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, mechatronic, industrial or similar engineering
- 8+ years of experience in project management and customer service / Direct contact with clients
- PMI/PMBOK concepts
- Enhanced knowledge of SAP, Excel and different automation software tools (PowerBi desirable)
- Customer care, automation, and improvement of current processes; ability to interface and build strong relationships with customers and management
- Advanced English required for the role
