Job Summary
Project Manager to support planning and execution of national STEMM education initiatives. Responsibilities include budget tracking and processing invoices, coordinating logistics for virtual and in-person events, collaborating with communications, coordinating outreach materials and webinars, engaging stakeholders and partners, managing intern placements, and developing and distributing evidence-based resources and event materials. Requires strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, and project-management skills;Bachelor's degree with 4+ years' experience or an equivalent combination; preferred knowledge of STEMM education/workforce policies; ability to coordinate multi-year projects and deliver high-quality results.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of professional experience in program coordination OR an associate's degree and 6+ years of equivalent experience managing complex, multi-year projects with multiple priorities, partners, and deliverables.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating complex projects with multiple stakeholders and partners.
- Proven ability to track budgets, assess program impact, and manage deliverables.
