Job Summary
Act as the strategic partner to the IPT/PDT Leader, supporting accountability for project Schedule, Cost, Quality, and Performance. Develop, align, and maintain the project roadmap in support of the Product Evolution Plan while coordinating with all stakeholders to manage dependencies. Consolidate and analyze financial, planning, quality, and performance data related to Major Modifications to provide clear insights into project progress. Manage project risks and opportunities using established methodologies and establish IPT/PDT governance to ensure effective communication across teams. Foster collaboration within the Project Management community by sharing knowledge and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or an equivalent field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or program management
- Technical background in aircraft development and commercial aviation operations
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Well organized
- Ability to manage priorities effectively
- Capable of working independently
- Fluent in both French and English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace
- Advanced proficiency with Planisware
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in and enthusiasm for the aerospace industry is considered an asset
