Job Summary
Oversee district projects from planning through execution, including scope, schedule, and budget; develop consultant scopes of work, evaluate bids, and manage contracts with consultants, contractors, and vendors; monitor progress, ensure regulatory compliance, manage grant applications/reporting, and prepare technical/administrative reports; lead cross-functional coordination with District departments and stakeholders; ensure effective safety practices and deliver projects on time and within budget; requires strong ability to read and interpret project documents, manage multiple concurrent projects, and communicate clearly in writing and meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in engineering, construction management, public works administration, or related technical/management field.
- Two (2) years of progressively responsible project leadership or management experience in relevant fields, preferably in government-related projects.
