Job Summary
Lead project management for medical architecture, engineering, and investigative study assignments from conceptual design through final construction documents. Serve as the primary client interface, managing communications, stakeholder meetings, and monthly reporting while ensuring deliverables comply with agency guidance and industry codes. Direct technical professionals and subject matter experts to execute scope, schedule, and cost objectives, mitigating risks and preventing scope creep. Manage subcontractor proposals, pricing negotiations, and the project work plan to maintain on-time, on-budget delivery. Travel 25-50% for site visits and client engagements.
Required Qualifications
- 6-8 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- equivalent AEC experience
- PE or RA (AIA)
- PMP
