Job Summary
Project Manager with 8–12 years of electronics systems R&D experience, leading multi-million-dollar semiconductor/test-system projects. Collaborates with Business Managers, line leads, and system architects to define roadmaps and secure resources; drives projects from definition through release via the System Development Process; accountable for scope, cost, and schedule while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. Proactively mitigates risks, makes trade-offs to stay within project boundaries, and facilitates decisions with global R&D teams and collaborators. Mentors junior project managers and promotes standard PM methodologies; proposes innovative processes for communication, operations, and execution on large programs. Preferred background includes design/development of products (systems/software/hardware) and experience in Test & Measurement with NI/TestStand and LabVIEW; semiconductor validation of Mixed Signal/RFICs and ATE platforms. The role is based in Bengaluru, India, and involves full-time engagement with cross-functional stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors or master's degree in Electronics, Instrumentation, or Electrical Engineering
- 8 to 12 years experience including 3+ years of Project management experience
- 4+ years of experience in application/system development in LabVIEW/Python/C++/C#
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong multi-functional collaboration skills and the ability to influence others
- Organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables
- Background in design/development of products (systems, software, hardware) is a plus
