Job Summary
Lead scope and planning discussions for new R&D innovation projects in the Nutrition segment while ensuring compliance with innovation stage gates. Organize and run regular meetings for 15+ cross-functional team members to track progress, monitor budgets and resources, and control risks through proactive identification and mitigation planning. Manage issues and hurdles creatively with full team input, ensure monthly status reporting, and deliver projects within agreed timelines, budget, and quality requirements with safety and compliance as top priorities. Provide risk assessment and mitigation plans, escalate issues when necessary, and update senior management through formal presentations. Continuous improvement of project delivery processes is a key focus.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional experience in consumer goods R&D, Project Management, Supply or similar
Desired Qualifications
- Project Management Qualification such as PRINCE2, AGILE or PMP Practitioner
- Dairy, Food or Nutrition background
