Job Summary
Lead and manage large-scale transformation programs within a hospital-setting-focused IT/Transformation PMO. Responsibilities include planning and aligning program objectives, governance, risk management, stakeholder coordination, escalation, resource allocation, and performance reporting. Collaborate with stakeholders, consultants, SMEs, and vendor PMOs to define scope, track progress via dashboards, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement. Demonstrate strong leadership to manage project managers and teams, ensure timely delivery, and maintain governance structures, while applying lessons learned to optimize future program delivery. Proficiency with Jira/Confluence and experience in IT projects or agile development are desired; PMP certification is preferred.

- Experience with project risk assessment, metrics generation, and analysis
- PMP certification preferred
- Proficient in stakeholder engagement
- Familiar with Jira and Confluence
- Strong execution and operational excellence in managing large IT programs
- Ability to lead and develop PMO teams
- Demonstrated track record in transformation programs
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
