Project Manager

Meet with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain and review project plans, specifications, and estimates for material, transportation, labor, equipment, and subcontractor data. Schedule and coordinate projects while supervising crew to ensure completion within budget and time constraints, strictly adhering to safety procedures and specifications. Troubleshoot difficulties, including contract disputes, and track extra work to arrange change orders. Assist office staff with billing. Requires 4-6 years of construction experience, strong project management and estimating skills, a clean driving record, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
