Job Summary
Lead projects from initiation through close-out using predictive or adaptive methodologies, managing the full lifecycle including procurement, installation coordination, inspections, and invoicing. Develop detailed schedules and milestones while maintaining budgets to achieve targeted gross profit performance. Prepare bills of materials, validate cost considerations, and coordinate with AHJs for permitting and approvals. Conduct site visits, oversee installations, and ensure accurate documentation within workflow software. Communicate status, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders and customers. Travel is required for local, regional, and out-of-state needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Proven ability to manage projects according to scope, budget, and schedule
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project
- Valid Driver's License
- Acceptable driving record
- Travel
Desired Qualifications
- PMP certification
- Experience coordinating permitting, inspections, and regulatory compliance
- Experience preparing or reviewing bill of materials and construction documentation
