Job Summary
Project Manager with 5+ years of construction management experience to oversee Bay Area development projects from planning through execution. Responsibilities include developing and updating master project schedules, conducting constructability reviews, coordinating stakeholders, staffing projects, ensuring adherence to local codes and safety standards, leading client/consultant/subcontractor meetings, and maintaining project documentation (schedules, scopes of work, and weekly site reports). Proficiency with MS Project and Procore, strong budgeting and cost-control skills, and excellent communication are required; bilingual English/Spanish is a significant advantage.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years construction project management experience in Bay Area or similar markets
- Proficiency with MS Project, Procore, or similar tools
- Strong budgeting, cost tracking, and capital planning skills
- Experience managing project teams and performance reviews
- Excellent communication skills and bilingual English/Spanish a plus
