Job Summary
Project Manager at Xtreme Cubes in Henderson, NV responsible for the management, coordination, and administration of multiple projects involving modular, prefabricated buildings. Duties include managing and coordinating structural fabrication projects, utilizing structural/architectural/shop drawings, developing project schedules and progress reports, and communicating with production managers, project engineers, and detailers. Must read drawings, develop schedules, write RFIs and submittals, manage document control, and travel to job sites for meetings and field measurements. Bluebeam knowledge is required; experience with steel detailing software and AutoCAD is a plus. College degree in Engineering or Construction Management is preferred. Full-time, on-site role with occasional travel."
Required Qualifications
- Five (5) years of project management experience
- Construction and structural steel experience
- Bluebeam knowledge required
- Experience with steel detailing software and AutoCAD would be a plus but not required
- College degree – Engineering or Construction Management preferred
- Ability to travel to job sites for meetings and obtain field measurements
- Ability to read and interpret structural, architectural and shop drawings
- Develop project schedules and progress reports
- Write RFI, submittals and document control
