Project Manager 3 (PM3)

Job Summary
The PM3 is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and influencing project elements to ensure on-time and on-budget completion while meeting product financials and quality goals. Lead cross-functional teams within BraunAbility’s PMO, coordinating portfolio and program planning through resource heatmaps and priority setting. Drive ideation and planning for baseline timing, product cost, and project budgets, manage scope/timeline/cost against baselines, forecast final costs and timing with recovery plans, proactively identify and mitigate program risks, conduct cross-functional meetings, document lessons learned, and lead improvement activities. Build external relationships with vendors and OE partners to support future programs. Strong communication and organizational skills, knowledge of Stage-Gate and AIAG APQP requirements, and a commitment to equal opportunity employment are emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or a business discipline preferred.
- PMP certification preferred.
- APQP certification preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of related work experience to include 4 years of project management experience utilizing management processes (ex. Stage-Gate) or 4 years of experience launching new vehicle or lift products required.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience equal to 10 years of related experience to include direct project management experience utilizing management processes (ex. Stage-Gate) or experience launching new vehicle or lift products required.
