Job Summary
Manage construction across multiple sites with 15-30 homes by developing schedules for subcontractors, obtaining required inspections, and establishing site budgets to ensure delivery on or prior to scheduled dates. Maintain job site safety and cleanliness while reviewing and approving site area figures. Conduct pre-construction meetings with homeowners, provide training to Superintendents, and ensure they attend weekly production meetings. Develop and maintain positive relationships with Customer Service to resolve issues, and perform 90-day and annual reviews of Superintendents. This role requires a valid driver's license and 2-4 years of construction industry experience.

- 2-4 years experience in the construction industry as a project manager or superintendent
- High School graduate or GED equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in supervising or assisting new home construction projects preferred
