Job Summary
Lead and oversee project planning, development, and execution for moderate complexity initiatives, including rollouts, buildouts, and refreshes. Manage projects from initial planning through completion by developing scopes of work, schedules, and budgets while coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and meetings, conducting regular site visits to assess progress and ensure quality standards. Maintain financial oversight of assigned accounts, monitor subcontractor performance, and identify risks to keep projects on time and within budget. Represent the Company professionally while exercising independent judgment to solve challenges and expand service opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Minimum of one year of Junior Project Manager experience
- three years of advanced facilities maintenance or construction experience
- equivalent related experience
