Job Summary
Manage construction across multiple residential sites with 15-30 homes, ensuring projects adhere to plans, specifications, and quality standards while staying on or prior to schedule and budget. Develop and communicate construction schedules to subcontractors, obtain required inspections, and review/approve site area figures. Maintain job site safety and cleanliness, establish site budgets, and ensure subcontractor work quality aligns with company policies. Conduct pre-construction meetings with homeowners, provide training to Superintendents, and lead weekly production meetings and annual performance reviews. Requires 2-4 years of construction project management experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work under pressure.
