Job Summary
Provide support to engineering teams and project managers with project oversight and documentation. Manage risk by identifying, documenting, and tracking project risks while developing risk management plans. Maintain the Integrated Master Schedule using Microsoft Project and support technical meetings by preparing agendas, distributing materials, and tracking action items. Update project technical documentation including System Engineering Plans, Test Plans, and Configuration Management Plans. Requires a minimum of five years supporting Navy systems, proficiency in Microsoft Project, and strong organizational and technical writing skills. Full-time role with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- government security clearance to the level of SECRET
- High School diploma
- A minimum of five (5) years' experience supporting Navy systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Project
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and Navy software systems
- strong organizational, communication, and technical writing skills
- successfully work independently as well as in a team environment with customers, peers, and support personnel
- Accuracy, quality, and attention to detail
