Job Summary
Manage key accounts and client relationships by consulting with on-site personnel during artwork development and pre-press execution. Lead pre-production meetings for high complexity projects and respond promptly to client inquiries. Document critical information impacting quality, participate in process improvement, and manage multiple project timelines. Verify technical data compliance, manage order entry, and create/update pricing matrices. Provide training and guidance to junior Project Managers.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 5+ years’ experience preferred
- Some College/Associate's Degree preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the design, print or production art industry
- Ability to work independently
- Proofreading skills
- Full comprehension in reading work instructions and business memos
