Job Summary
Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and close all project activities within established objectives while managing the full lifecycle according to PLM processes. Develop detailed project plans including product, work, and resource breakdown structures, then manage the entire program with P&L responsibility to the awarded budget. Analyze, prioritize, and drive execution of Critical Path tasks, ensuring on-time deliveries with excellent quality through transparent customer communication and scorecard management. Set program priorities, provide tactical guidance on day-to-day issues, and facilitate root cause analysis with appropriate resources. Manage the Integrated Project Team to reach targeted business goals, incorporating lessons learned into future planning. Requires 5 years of experience, Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and ability to travel to IPS or customer locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or a High School Diploma/GED plus four (4) years relevant experience

- Strong project management experience and education
- Strong technical background to understand and evaluate technical specifications
- Ability to work independently and interface with cross-functional disciplines
- Ability to manage multiple activities and projects using superior organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated with problem solving and decision-making ability
- Excellent interpersonal, written, oral communication, presentation and facilitator skills with the ability to negotiate, influence and interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization exercising sensitivity to the audience
- Possesses a positive professional image and a high level of ethical behavior in exercising consistent judgment, discretion and confidentiality in all interactions and matters of significance
- Possesses excellent judgement, critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues in a timely manner
- Possesses strong strategic/analytical budgetary management and financial measurement skills
- Ability to work efficiently under conditions of multiple and/or competing projects/deadlines prioritizing/reprioritizing as needed to meet departmental and/or business commitments and objectives
- Possesses high degree of personal accountability
- Ability to travel to all IPS locations and/or Customers locations as needed
- U.S. person as defined by ITAR (U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, or asylees)
