Job Summary
Manage all aspects of assigned projects up to $1M from award through completion, including site management, budgeting, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, safety, and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with local teams and stakeholders to align on goals, develop installation plans, and maintain accurate records of job status and change orders. Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and oversee financials including forecasting and resource planning. Ensure compliance with delivery standards and customer requirements while communicating progress and changes proactively.
Required Qualifications
- College degree, trade school or equivalent experience
- Associates degree in Engineering or related field
- 3 years relevant engineering, field service or project management experience
- Project Management Institute (PMI) certification
- Industry-specific certifications and/or licenses
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in 1 or more of the following industries: electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation and/or AV systems
- Previous project supervisory experience
