Job Summary
Project Manager 1 to oversee client programs, manage multiple projects in packaging graphics, prepress, and print production; coordinate with Production, Creative, Operations, Quality, Planning, and Client Services teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high client satisfaction. Responsibilities include advising clients on SGX portfolio, creating and managing work orders, coordinating internal and external alignment meetings, preflight of starting materials, keeping clients informed via email/meetings/on-site visits, documenting workflows and deviations, providing data for KPI reporting, and presenting KPIs in operational reviews. Must demonstrate strong client service, cross-functional coordination, proactive problem-solving, and ability to work independently in a remote setting; 3+ years in related roles and packaging/print production experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in Client Services, Account Management, Project Management, Program Management, or a related client-facing role
- Industry Experience: Experience within packaging, prepress, artwork, print production, branding, creative services, marketing agencies, or related industries preferred
- Language Ability: Advanced English proficiency; Spanish or Portuguese is a strong asset
- Work Model: Fully remote position with independent remote work capability
