Job Summary
Manage small projects of varying complexities by partnering with Shared Services, Creative, Graphic Center, Design Development, Procurement, and Logistics to release orders, determine substrates, and oversee installation timelines. Track project progress, monitor costs to drive profit margins, and ensure quality control so delivered orders remain on schedule and within budget. Resolve issues proactively while maintaining effective relationships with print vendors and internal facilities. Attend press checks and installations as needed, with some travel depending on scope. This role requires a proactive communicator with 3–5 years of experience in purchasing or print industry functions, based in Atlanta.

- Print industry experience in positions such as purchasing, estimating, and/or customer service
- Experience with Creative for design, design intent, strategy, and presentations
- Experience with Graphic Center to determine print substrates and production method
- Experience with Design Development to determine materials and production methods
- Experience with Procurement for purchasing outside products
- Experience with Logistics and Installation to determine timelines, best shipping methods, and on-site implementation
- Experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with print vendors and internal print facilities
- Experience attending and/or assisting with press checks and installations
- Experience monitoring costs and striving for cost reduction and increased profit margins
- Experience ensuring consistency and quality control
- Experience assisting in the coordination of logistics issues, packaging, and shipping
- Experience seeking out developmental opportunities
- Experience actively participating in internal and professional training initiatives and seminars
