Job Summary
Manage assigned projects valued up to $1M from award through completion, overseeing site management, installation planning, and subcontractor coordination. Translate customer requirements into detailed proposals and implementation plans, negotiating contracts and supervising design engineering and labor. Control project costs, schedules, and procurement while maintaining accurate records for internal and external reporting. Identify risks, adjust cost estimates, and ensure positive cash flow through proactive communication with customers and the team. Requires a college degree, three years of relevant experience, and strong financial and analytical skills.
Required Qualifications
- College degree, trade school or equivalent experience
- Associates degree in Engineering or related field
- 3 years relevant engineering, field service or project management experience
- Project management experience in a technical environment (building automation systems, fire alarm systems, electronic security systems and AV systems)
- Coaching, mentoring, and staff development skills

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in 1 or more of the following industries: electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation and/or AV systems
- Previous project supervisory experience
