Project Manager 1 - Columbus, OH

Project Manager 1 leads and manages assigned projects (typically up to $1M) from award through completion, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and field installation. Acts as the primary interface with customers to ensure satisfaction, safety, and quality while delivering projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities include preparing installation plans, translating customer needs into detailed proposals and implementation plans, managing subcontractors and installation labor, controlling costs and change proposals, maintaining accurate project records, and communicating requirements to the project team. The role requires coaching and leadership to develop others, strong analytical and financial skills for cost control, and the ability to coordinate with sales, engineering, and operations to achieve successful project outcomes.
