Job Summary
Develop and maintain safety culture through monthly inspections and weekly team discussions. Manage document control, procurement logs, and critical material deliveries while overseeing subcontractor compliance prior to mobilization. Lead cost management by creating scopes of work, monitoring budgets, forecasting cost-to-complete, and negotiating change orders to protect project profitability. Create baseline schedules, coordinate monthly updates, and manage project reporting for owners and consultants. Mentor the Assistant Project Manager and ensure accurate work product delivery across the full project cycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ Years Experience
- Prior Experience in a construction setting (Construction Management)
