Job Summary
As a Senior Project Manager for WSP's Local Government division, you will manage a small team of Project Managers and oversee various highways and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include developing project management plans, ensuring timely and quality project delivery, coordinating team members' professional development, and maintaining strong client relationships. Required skills include experience in the Civils/Highways sector, project management activities, strong organizational and communication abilities, and knowledge of applicable regulations and financial planning.
Required Qualifications
- Experience of working within the Civils/Highways sector in either project management and/or business administration and financial planning
- Experience in managing a range of project management activities, systems (including enterprise resource planning) and processes
- Strong organisational skills and excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of Construction Design Management 2015 and associated duties
- Experience in project and resource management with good financial and commercial awareness
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of NEC 4 and qualification desirable
