Job Summary
Project Management Support role providing essential coordination, administrative oversight, and technical operational support to ensure new and established projects are planned effectively, delivered within budget, and aligned with organizational standards. Acts as the assigned Project Manager in D365, ensuring accurate project setup, financial tracking, resource management, governance alignment, and seamless collaboration with Project/Program Leads and clients as applicable. Supports opportunity management, RevX-based financial tracking, proposal development, and the creation and maintenance of SOWs. Responsibilities include coordinating project controlling/reporting, budget tracking and forecasting, onboarding/offboarding of internal and external resources, facilitating time booking guidance, managing work breakdown structures (WBS) and service-line assignments, approving timesheets and invoices, preparing information for customer invoicing, and building RevX opportunities. Also involved in KPI tracking, data integrity and compliance across D365/RevX, and mentoring team members. Adaptability to client-specific needs and potential cross-project tool/process improvements are noted as part of the role.
