Job Summary
Monitor and analyze the IT portfolio of programs, capabilities, and services to support the evolution of the Sponsor's strategic direction. Make recommendations for sponsor decision-making, including proposed strategies, roadmaps, identified risks, capability gaps, dependencies, and funding issues. Assist government clients with programmatic goals, objectives, schedules, and reports to senior-level executives while communicating technical topics in non-technical terms. Collaborate across multiple entities and partners outside the US to manage competing priorities in diverse, fast-paced environments. Produce deliverables in multiple formats and draft products reflecting strong writing skills.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph
- BA degree
- 12 – 15 years of prior relevant experience
- Masters degree
- 10 – 13 years of prior relevant experience
- Draft products that reflect strong writing and grammatical skills
- Knowledge of portfolio, program, and project management discipline
- Familiarity with planning, programing, Budgeting, and execution discipline
- Knowledge of key performance indicators
- Strong analytical competence
- Problem-solving skills
- Communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Provide audience-appropriate written and verbal communications
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Work with seniors in diverse, fast-paced, multi-task environment managing competing priorities
- Produce deliverables in multiple formats as needed (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to take charge of a group and set strategic guidance for a team of SMEs
