Draft and staff CRADAs, joint work statements, Test Service Agreements, and sensitive data exchange agreements for directorate-wide aviation R&D program management. Support planning and negotiation with for-profit and non-profit organizations while participating in technology transfer policy development and delivering educational programs. This role requires a US citizen with a Bachelor of Arts degree and significant contracts or program management experience, including specific technology transfer work. Employment is contingent upon a Government Award and requires successful background checks and security clearances.
