Project Management Specialist

Job Summary
Project Management Specialist drives end-to-end execution of multiple product development initiatives, builds and maintains timelines, identifies and mitigates risks, and coordinates cross-functional teams (Product Engineering, Sourcing, Product Development, Merchandising, Inventory, Logistics, Quality) to ensure on-time, on-budget, and on-spec delivery. You’ll translate goals into actionable workplans, enforce rigor, and maintain high-quality documentation and milestones while standardizing PM practices and using tools (e.g., Jira, Clickup, Smartsheet) to manage data and drive accountability. Strong collaboration, clear communication, and a bias for action are essential to accelerate speed to market and improve product outcomes across the business.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in project management for merchandising, product development, sourcing, logistics, or manufacturing
- Experience using systems to manage project timelines and data (e.g., Jira, Clickup, Smartsheet, etc.)
