Job Summary
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, cost forecasts, and resource plans using project controls tools. Monitor project schedule, cost, risks, and performance to provide accurate forecasts and actionable recommendations. Ensure compliance with Global Project Controls standards, work breakdown structures, and reporting requirements. Prepare and present project status, financial, schedule, and risk reports to project teams, leadership, and customers. Support change management, cost reconciliation, claims, and project closeout while collaborating with Project Managers and functional stakeholders to mitigate risks and drive successful delivery. Travel up to 5% of the time. Hybrid work out of Oakbrook Terrace, IL.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university OR a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in project planning and cost management
- Minimum of 2 years of experience using Primavera P6 for project scheduling and planning
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in planning and cost management for large complex turnkey projects, including schedule development, cost tracking, and project controls
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 5% of the time
