Job Summary

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, cost forecasts, and resource plans using project controls tools. Monitor project schedule, cost, risks, and performance, providing accurate forecasts and actionable recommendations to the project team. Ensure compliance with Global Project Controls standards, work breakdown structures, and reporting requirements. Prepare and present project status, financial, schedule, and risk reports to leadership and customers. Support change management, cost reconciliation, claims, and project closeout while collaborating with Project Managers and Finance to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate risks. Oversee project planning and cost control activities to ensure high-quality reporting and on-time, on-budget execution. This hybrid role supports complex energy projects within the global energy transition.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university OR a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in project planning and cost management
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience using Primavera P6 for project scheduling and planning
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in planning and cost management for large complex turnkey projects, including schedule development, cost tracking, and project controls
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 5% of the time
