Project Management Specialist (Mid-Level or Lead)

Role focuses on leading execution of project statements of work for Fabrication Operations, integrating program and project plans, schedules, baseline/change management, and industry best practices into day-to-day execution. Serves as the primary point of contact for stakeholders to define requirements, objectives, and success criteria. Collaborates with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Materials Management, Quality, and other support functions to enable smooth project delivery. Proactively identifies, assesses, and addresses project risks, issues, and opportunities. Maintains integrated project plans and schedules for complex, change-driven programs in accordance with project management standards. Monitors project progress, tracks milestones, and reports status to leadership and key stakeholders. Basic Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in program/project management and cross-functional leadership; preferred includes PMI/EVM, aerospace/defense context, and continuous improvement knowledge. This onsite role at Mesa, AZ requires strong communication, leadership, and collaboration across disciplines to drive operational excellence.
