Job Summary
Drive consistency and quality in co-packing project execution for Bakery & Chocolate categories across the CEE market using appropriate methodologies. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, while identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks before escalating them to stakeholders. Manage project timelines, develop budgets, and provide reporting via scorecards and monthly reviews to confirm readiness for go-live. Confirm project completion and continuously improve processes. This role requires excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, and a strong focus on cost, schedule, and quality. You will work on iconic brands like Oreo and Cadbury as part of Mondelēz International's global snack portfolio.
